Mango Juice a Refreshing Drink For Summer

Are you fade up eating foods and want something refreshing in summer then you have to go for Juices, and in summer best option is Mango juices because it is good for your health as well as skin. Mango juices make you fresh active and healthy. There are various types of Mango juices available in the market such as Mango shake, Mango juices, Green Mango Juice, Mango and vanilla icecream juices.
Everyone loves mango not because mango is the king of all fruits because the taste of mango is too yummy.Eating Mango or drinking mango juices keeps you more energetic and fresh because of its re-hydration quality.
Mango is full of Vitamins it contains Vitamin C- Vitamin D, eating mango controls problems of high blood pressure and also makes your skin glowing and shinning because of the Vitamin C. So in summer its good to add mango juice in your diet chart instead of having spicy foods.

Things you need to make Yummy & Delicious Mango drink.

  • 3-4 pieces of fresh mangoes.
  • Cumin Seeds (little bit roasted)
  • Take some mint Leaves (5-6 pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon Black Salt
  • Jaggery small piece(If you want you can add a small piece Jaggery.)
  • A bowl or a Glass Mug.
  • A Knife
  • A Spoon
  • A blender
  • A measuring cup.

Steps involved to make Refreshing Mango Drink

Peel of The Skin Of Mangoes: Peel of the skin of mangoes with a knife or Vegetable Peeler. Peel it completely, so that no single skin left on it.
Remove the core part: You have to take out the pulp of mangoes and left the core and cut mangoes in raw shape.
Add a small piece of jaggery: In case if you want to add jaggery you can add it according to your taste or else you can add sugar also.
Put items into a blender: After adding jaggery or sugar in raw shaped mangoes, then put all the items in blender.
Add 5-6 mint leaves: Add 5-6 mint leaves in the blender, just to make mango drink smell refreshing.
Add Cumin Seeds: Now add some roasted cumin seeds in it. it contains vitamin c, that really good for your skin.
Add some Black Salt: Now add 1-2 tablespoon of black salt, or you can add it according to your taste.
Blend The Mixture: Now its time to blend the mixture, you just have to blend it for 3 or 4 minutes until to get thick mixture or the items get blended into a thick paste.
Take out the mixture from blender: Now, take out the mixture in a container. You can make it preserve.
Take 1-2 tablespoon of a mixture: Whenever you want to feel refresh and energetic. You have to take out 1 tablespoon of a mixture from the container and put it into a glass.
Add some Water: Now add water to the glass.
Ice Cubes: Now add some Ice cubes, to make it cold and enjoy cold Refreshing Mango Drink.
